Pharmadica Co., Ltd. is the subsidiary company of Pharmaland(1982) Co., Ltd.
Pharmadica was found in 1996 by Mr.Somtob Boonnimitra (Managing Director of
Pharmaland(1982) Co., Ltd.), registered the company on January 22 , 1996 and
starting official operation on April 1 , 1996.
Pharmadica Sale Team had ever been the one part of Pharmaland Medical Sales,
Division B that responsed to market and sell overseas products (Bangkok & Upcountry).
Remedica Products was one of principal products (the top first ranking of
pharmaceutical manufacturing in Cyprus-Europe, distributed for more 70 countries in the
world) Sold by this division and had the fast increasing sales volume
At that time, Mr.Somtob has realized and assured that Remedica Product had a higher
potential to be more growth in the long run future. Then, he's decided to establish the
new subsidiary company of Pharmaland (1982) Co., Ltd. by 2 main objectives that were :
1. To be marketing and sales for Pharmaland (1982) Co., Ltd. for imported
products mainly of Remedica Products (Cyprus-Europe)
2. Allocating the ownership to Pharmaland and Pharmadica staffs by opening to
only the company staffs having the right to purchase the share holder of this company.
He also has opened a "title new company name competition" to all Pharmaland staffs
and selected the best and suitable company name titled with the name of "Pharmadica"
which come from "Pharmaland" + "Remedica" to be "Pharmadica" and official regitered
Pharmadica Co., Ltd. on January 22 , 1996.
